DIGITAL CAMERA
You don't need a expensive camera for taking members photos. a simple digital camera set to take photos at a low resolution is perfectly adequate.


 

MEMBERSHIP CARDS
There are a number of different membership card options that include both barcode and magnetic-strip cards for clubs.

The most popular membership cards used by clubs are pre-printed, high quality, full colour plastic cards.

They can be pre-numbered or pre-encoded so that the card can be quickly attached and handed to a waiting member. replacement of a lost or stolen card is also a very quick operation.

 
CLUB-FX Software has its own built-in card desgn facility that is suitable for use with a standard Windows colour printer.

Staff ID cards or membership cards with or without photos and barcodes can be printed and inserted into purpose made laminate pouch.

EMAIL ADDRESSES
It is important that every clubs using CLUB-FX software has easy access to an email address or domain email address that will allow large attachments 10Mb (approx) to be sent and recieved.
